Rob we offer the same return policy as the big guys. If you hate it, we take it back. I can tell you, for most of us including myself. Once you use it you might need a 12 step program to get away from it. You see I did this at first for ME. I hated the sound of my clone. I do feel blessed that I was able to find this missing link.
