This is why I've got a good( not great) cheap old (not big bux new)
rig.
I've been keys in 20 local bands over the years and the tink tink
I 'tink" I hear a keyboard on stage is WAY more the rule than the
exception. My ongoing war for sonic space with guitars AND drums is
to the point I won't even consider live gigs with 2 guitar band
unless 1 is acoustic. Rythm guit takes all the same sonic space as
piano/organ. The guitars tone and amps are like a lazer narrow &
focused. Keys are like scattershot and with a percussive Piano
sound you only hear the attack above the din the sustain release
gets lost unless all drums /guit stop.
I will say my EON15 G2 has been a BIG help keeping up with the
Marshalls. But at this age I don't fight that war anymore even if I
win my ears lose!
