If it's the motion sound LP20, try contacting Motion Sound direct. I had an "authorized" service center work on it here in San Diego, but they ended up screwing it up to the point where I ended up having to ship it to MS anyway. I know many times, John Fisher can diagnois the problem with you over the phone if it is an MS issue.
