I'm not an attorney but I agree that this will be a tough unit to
patent.

The innovation of method of instrument control was done by Hammond
and isn't patentable.
The method of communicating to the host system falls under MIDI.
Using a microcontroller is a std. industry practice.

What you could look for is a utility patent on some part of your
design that gives a competitive advantage in the form of a unique
feature. Also, watch out w/your use of Leslie and Hammond
trademarks (like on your leslie control switch)!
