Sorry, but I don't "get" this thread. The shock and dismay reads like
some vandal put another crack in the Liberty Bell or sprayed graffiti
on Lincoln's tomb, some great national treasure has been spat upon.
Hammond Suzuki never has been and never will be "Hammond." That
company has not existed for decades. Sell HS B3's on eBay for
whatever they'll bring, sell them on street corners and at yard
sales, raffle them off at church bingo games to the highest bidder
since their organist is playing a CX3, let me drive a destruction
derby car into one for a percentage of the ticket sales. If HS's
internal and/or external corporate, manufacture, and dealership
structure is falling apart - or not - it's just business as usual on
every level, from top management to franchise owners, dog eat dog,
digest and move on. Oldsmobile quit making cars, dawgone that 455
Rocket was cool, but it's time for my favorite TV show. Hmm.. the
owners of used Olds are probably concerned about repairs and parts
drying up at some point down the line; probably okay for 10 years or
so, like an XK3 ought to be if HS drops their organ line to make
better motocross cycles. I told you guys to leave those things alone,
