So David, is it advisable to play live in stereo?

I've tried that in the past, with synths, and It was pain on the
butt for the audience: who was closer to the right speaker was
getting something different from those near to the left speaker.

Regarding organs, I have no idea. You are telling me that the Leslie
effect, from the sim, is enhanced using it in stereo?
