The subject of tax didn't come up, Tony - it was $2000 flat and
shipping today, already got the FedEx tracking #. They probably have
a computerized link with FedEx to speed up their order process, but
these guys appear to be quick movers. My PayPal account was debited
within about 20 minutes, and I got the FedEx info just a few minutes
after that. Estimated arrival is Thursday afternoon -> from
Knoxville, Tennessee to 50 miles north of San Diego, California at
Fallbrook. The free shipping is called something like FedEx Three-Day
