In theory, you can still accomplish this by going into the Global
menu, assign pedals to program up & down, and also make program
changes affect all parameters. Then copy your favorite patch (with
C/V off) over one program number, but save that with the c/v on. One
pedal will switch to the program with c/v on, and the other pedal will
switch it back to the program with the c/v off.
