Subject:Roland Fantom original 2001 FA-76

Does anyone have experience with this keyboard and/or a comparison
with the newer 'S' and 'X' series. It will take the same SRX
expansion boards, like the V-combo/VR-760, 2 maximum. Seems to me it
would output the same sounds as the newer Fantoms with a couple of
SRX boards installed and maybe a mild memory upgrade if anything. I
figure someone has probably performed with one of these.. I have
tried an S-61 Fantom and like the sounds but don't need all the
studio/sampling stuff unless that's the only way to get at the sounds
vs an older model. SRX boards are supposed to have some great Rhodes,
Wurly, B3's w/Leslie, Vox, Farfisa, etc. All info much appreciated.
