Its pretty freakin loud dude. I realized I made a mistake: I HAVE used it on a few gigs with my XK3, but since those were intimate "acoustic" shows, I kept volume really low; I brought it for size issues actually.
My Electro on the other hand I've used it with a lot, and it seems to in some circumstances be even louder than my bulldog leslie. Whether that's a volume issue, a projection issue, or a tone issue, I haven't delved into yet, but in either case, it's very effective.

I haven't tried the XK3 through it yet, but my Electro through the Speakeasy into the Pro 145 is really really good. I didn't need to adjust my rotor speeds either, but as pointed out, all you need is a small (jeweler's/eyeglasses screwdriver) to do it.
