Q: Is this switch between shallow and deep key trigger on the CX-3
software-based or hardware-based? I'm somewhat unhappy with the
shallow trigger on my XK-3 and I'm wondering whether this could ever
be "fixed" with a software upgrade, or if this is just a built-in
feature of the manual itself.

By the way, thanks to the people who responded to my earlier question
regarding the shallow trigger. Setting the drawbar attack/release
volume to 15 to has indeed helped a little bit, but unfortunately not
much.
