You can't really do this. Unlike a piano, there is no decay in an
organ.

If you want an all-in-one, go for the VK-8.

i can get a sort of "mellotron" sound out of my xk-3 by tweaking
reverb and using the proper tonwheel set/drawbar setting. I wouldn't
go so far as to assume that it could be confused with a choir though
(or even a synth that is putting out a choir sound).
