Subject:Re: V5 Percussion
This is the way a real Hammond works as well. If a note is already being held when you trigger a new one, the percussion will not sound. That said, I don't know how to change that parameter, even if it was something I wanted to do.

I've noticed that the V5's percussion adds a wonderful almost
metal 'ping' to the tone. BUT: the percussion only triggers if NO
other notes are being held. This is true whether it's a simple MIDI
note-off NOT encountered (finger on the key) or using the
controller's sustain pedal.
Does anyone know how to get the Percussion to trigger when playing
legato? BTW I'm just using one keyboard controller on MIDI channel 1
to trigger the V5.
thanks
