The Quik-Lok WS-550 is a heavy duty stand with thick square 'tubing,'
good for big, long, heavy keyboards or PA stands.. not so good for
average-size keyboards. It folds up into a pretty big T-shape with
the two sets of legs swinging in toward the wide, fairly deep,
central portion of the stand. Too big for me; wish they made a
smaller version. I almost never used mine to perform, so it's my home
studio stand now - works great for that with second tier and a fully
adjustable computer/accessory shelf on each side. The platform stand
Norm uses is nice and easy to go with onstage. There's a few versions
for sale online. Walter j
