Hello Cliff...a e-Check is just a Paypal payment that is taking 3-4 days to
clear...as soon as it clears, it is credited to the seller or recipient, just
the same as a instant transfer. It is very safe...just don't send the item he
bought until Paypal notifies you that it has cleared. Alan
