IF the next keyboard has both MIDI IN and THRU, you're golden.. the
THRU forwards the MIDI traffic from the first board, acts as a merger.

Board 1 MIDI OUT -> Board 2 MIDI IN
Board 2 MIDI THRU -> Micro MIDI IN
