FYI, Generalmusic Corp. has in-stock and supports all the products
with service parts for the term of the warranty 5 years (but in most
cases we have service parts for 10+ years). When a supplier of a
certain part stops producing a particular part, Generalmusic makes
ever effort to find a replacement part and any modifications to make
the replacement part viable. The Real Piano Expander has been
Discontinued since 1997, If this were a warranty issue, we would
make every effort to make right by the customer.
