Who had the best Chorus / Vibrato? I think the XM-1. It had a
really great shimmer. Unfortunately the drawbar sound was VASE based
like the New B-3 pedals.
How does the new V5+ rate as far as percussion and chorus among the
new batch of clones? It's hard to say without actually having them
in the same room. I'm pretty sure the percussion and chorus would be
at least on par with the others. I still think the V5+'s basic
drawbar sound is the closest. It doesn't bug me the way other clones
do after I play them for a while. Granted, I've grown hyper
sensitive after doing this almost everyday for 17 years.
