Subject:modeling VS sampling/ infinite

Hi,

I always do this....I write a message then want to add to it. To the question.... is it better to have the same loop over and over or complete constant variation from modeling? Obviously, modeling would be better because that is closest to the 'second by second' variations of the beloved Hammond. However, do we know the complete process that modeling encompasses? Is it truly set-up to be completely variable everytime a key is depressed? Or to save memory, was the modeling "snapshots" of a place in time?

Once upon a time.....I used to sit in front of my C3 and even though I had no idea what made it work, I didn't care.........It just sounded SSOOOO good....and that was enough!!! :)
