Dave,

If you were addressing me and asking why I liked the
B4 so much:

The tone, the tone and the tone. It just had a really
satisfying roundness to it. The internal leslie was
also quite good. I loved the sound of the B4 run
through my 147. I moved from the Vk-7 to the B4,
skipping the CX-3 because, to my ears, it was the most
authentic sounding.

However, the reason I jumped ship to the Xk-3 is that
the Xk-3 sounds alive. It sounds like the real thing.
The drummer in my band immediately noticed the
difference.
