I beg to differ. While the Rhodes also went through extensive R&D, it is no longer in production. EVB3 is under production, and is a valuable "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY."
Sampling it is one thing; sampling it, and using it as the architecture for your competing product is another matter entirely. I noticed you didn't mention it would be the same as building another V5. I take it you're ok with that?
