I gotta agree. Dial it down. Like any other instrument, it is "optimized" at the factory for the way it will generally be displayed; since it's a Hammond, 99.9% of the time, it will be demo'ed and displayed through a leslie. Through the leslie, that keyclick is just right; not too much, but enough to give you a tickle. If you don't like it, dial it back.
