I did read the manual and spent alot of time setting up the Pro-145.
I was giving plenty of gain to the Pro-145 from my XK3. It dosen't
have the bass response that a 122 has, that's why I don't like it
for a stand alone Leslie. I was inaccurate in saying it wasn't a
good stand alone Leslie, it's just not right for my taste. I was
amazed at the power that the Pro-145 has, it definitely has more
than enough power to keep up with any other amps on a stage. It's a
little beast!

The main reason I love a 122 so much is that it's so rich sounding.
A 142 or 145 Leslie dosen't have the bass response that a 122 or a
147 have and it's because of their smaller cabinet size. I would
probably like the Pro-145 much better if it had a 15" speaker than
the 12" speaker. Bottom line, what I wrote was just my opinion about
how it sounded to me.
