This is my last post on the key depth of the XK-3:

Many of you might already know this, but if you set the percussion to be
velocity sensitive (see the PERCUSSION menu), the trigger becomes less
shallow. This affects not only the point where percussion is triggered,
but also the overall note trigger. Kind of strange to have this option
in the PERCUSSION menu, I think. But it does the job!
