Subject:Clone weight?

I usually haul my Electro 73 around in a soft case, and it is about the same a carrying my Paisley Telecaster! For a change, I brought my VK7 to a couple of jobs and I was surprised how heavy it felt compared to the Electro. What about the XK-3? They say 45 pounds. That's pretty heavy; I mean it would be like carrying a Farfisa Mini Compact around again. Anyone find that a problem? How about the CX-3? It looks physically large if not heavy.
