I think that both the quality of the third and seventh need to be
addressed. So you'd call it a Emin-Maj9 - the "min" implying the
3rd and the Maj 9 implying both the Maj 7 and Maj 9. I love that
chord! I use (probably over use) it on the endings of minor blues
tunes. It has a very spooky quality about it! Although if it were
voiced in Dmin it would (of course) be in the saddest of ALL keys.
