The v2.1 fast Leslie sim is better (not dramtically but the consensus was that
its better). If yours isn't running v2.1 you could upgrade the OS with a
download. The OS downloads require MIDI+USB. The sound downloads only
require USB.

While you are at it, check out the Rhodes4 download. You could get on the
NordElectro Yahoo list also.
