Subject:XK-3 - firmware upgrade options?

Can anyone confirm if the XK-3 firmware is user upgradeable via MIDI or
CF? Or, would any future upgrades require changing out a ROM? (I'm
assuming the answer is "yes" but I've made wrong assumptions before.)
Being a brand new instrument to the market, I would expect that there
will be some firmware bug fixes, and other udpates forthcoming.
