Subject:leslie sims
I’d be grateful if someone can advise:
Having given up on the Leslie patches on the E-MU B3,
I’m thinking of using the direct organ sounds and get
an unit to duplicate the Leslie, Is there a
standalone unit out there that realistically,
(digitally or analog) duplicates this, with the
ability to speed up and slow down with an expression
pedal. I have a motion sound 200 amp, but not the 3d
one, to upgrade to this would be another 100$ per
month, I could almost rent a VK-8 for that. I know
about the various ‘rotary’ sounds on the pod and
Roland SE-50, but they just really cut it.
At the end of this posting I came across the Hughes
and Kettner Rotosphere , the Dynacord CLS 222 and Voce
Spin 2.
Any opinions on which is best?
