....I wholeheartedly agree, Adam. I have not played the XK-3, but have seen
many pieces endorsed by names big and small (and touted as the
be-all-end-all) come and go...but when I tried them (the XK-2 is a good example), I was very
unimpressed. Personally, I love the Korgs (I have a BX-3), and with their
awesome C/V and Leslie simulation, it would take a significant improvement to
make me part with it (I also own a mint C-3 w/2 147's, so I know what a clone
should sound like)...but you never know...someday I may buy a H-S clone...but
only after I have personally tried it out. And I don't care much either way if
it has "Hammond" printed on the back...it's how it makes me feel when I play
it. That's just my personal $.02 worth...Alan
