Subject:Roland VK-7 maintenance --

Due to some moisture that somehow managed to get on the bottom of my
VK-7, I've got some corroded screws I want to replace. I want to try and
avoid getting any junk from getting into the mechanisms, so I would
appreciate any advice on removing the bottom of the keyboard
correctly/carefully. I'm going to do it with or without help from the
Clonewheelers, but I thought it might be smart to check here first as
there seems to be a great knowledge base here. I plan on vacuuming out
the interior after I get it open to try to make sure that no junk does
get into the mechanism.

I also want to clean the internal contacts for the switches, and wonder
what I should use for that. The keyboard still works, but I want to do
the necessary maintenance, and KEEP it working!

I bought my VK-7 in 1998, so I guess its due for a cleaning anyway.

Help!!!

Thanks, people!

Paul
