Tony,

Without the board in front of me....so this might be
wrong...but:

Click Menu (the button where you edit things if that's
what' it's called)

click #4 (Control)

It should be right there called "Control Mode: Upper
A#/B". It's probably currently set to "Upper/Lower".

Check it out.
