I also just stuck my nose in the MOTU MIDI Timepiece II manual, and
discovered that you can program a footswitch to control any parameter you
like. So if you've already got a Timepiece in your rig, that's a solution
right there! And as Vince notes, if you have any programmable controller
slider/switch/pedal built into a controller keyboard, then you're home-free!

Still lovin' my DMI-64 MkII, I think it's a largely overlooked B-3 clone!
