I used to use an Ernie Ball pedal with the pan/volume footswitch
altered to switch the fast/slow on the Rotosphere. I found it a little
tenuous but YMMV. Then moved to a Morley Little Gator volume with
linear audio taper, per Steve Hayes and I use the M/S footswitch for
the MS stack and although the switch does produce a loud click, I find
the tactile feedback from the MS footswitch to be reassuring and so far
not a sonic problem in the mix/din of performance.
