And yet again, many other users like the CX3 leslie sim better, even
if it had no adjustable parameters.

But surpassed if you went the software route. Emagic's EVD6 simply
shines, as well as its EVB3 clone (richer tones, dead-on overdrive
charactaristics, dead-on percussion, deadly chorus-vibrato, keyclick,
and cross-talk parameters. It clunks, grunts, puffs into its notes,
and mimics a really nice sounding B3. A decent Electro-quality Leslie
sim as well, with adjustments. Too bad they effectively pulled it off
the market. A crime actually. Lounge Lizard 2 is also a cut above
any of the hardware clones I've heard, although Yamaha does have some
very nice Rhodes patches as well, an Electo's are limited, but pretty
darn sweet aside from the velocity curves.
