Subject:Vintage Korg CX-3 "Fixer-Upper"

OK, here's a project that I'm never going to be able to devote the
time to, I don't think, so maybe someone here is interested.

This vintage CX3 works, and sounds great (for the most part), but it
needs help to get it back to 100% (or even 95%). Cosmetically, it
has one broken key, one missing drawbar (top one...highest
harmonic...don't know what happened to that piece as it was missing
when I got it!), rather rough but in-tact cabinet,
non-working percussion and partially working Leslie effect. But, all
the presets work, and the remaining drawbars work fine, as does the
overdrive, key click, and EQ. All keys work, however, and all panel
tabs are present and light up as they should, too.

I had picked this up with the intention of restoring it, which is
very possible to do, but I don't think I'm going to have the time.
The rare SM304/305 chips alone in this thing are worth quite a bit,
BTW, but in my opinion it works too well to part out and should be
restored. Would make a perfect gigging organ, even as-is since the
presets & 8 remaining drawbars work. You wouldn't have to worry about
damaging your nice clone while using this! :-)

$199 plus $30 shipping to anywhere in the lower 48. Pretty firm on
this price...any cheaper and I'll just keep it and restore it myself
as it wouldn't be worth selling (at least to me) and I will use it as
a backup to my Electro.

I've got pics if you want to see them, too....just let me know!
Thanx!
