Cliff...you have already done a factory preset to no avail...I would contact
Korg first...they'll know if somethings wrong, and they'll probably have you
contact your seller to get another one shipped out if they don't immediately
know what's wrong. Hopefully, Jerry K from Korg will read this, and let us all
know what he thinks. Good luck...it's a great machine. Alan
