Well, it's there. Pages 21 (edit mode, group 7:
"Wheel Brk Crtl" [here's where you assign it to either
of the assignable switches]), 25 (global mode, group
6: "CC# Wheel Brake" [here you specify the midi
control change you want the wheel brake to be set on])
and 26 (global mode, group 7: "Wheel Brake" [here
explains the feature]).

Where it reads group it is some sort of shortcut so
you don't have to navigate all the way with the
cursors. Each group corresponds to their equally
numbered preset keys (1 to 8). They work that way as
long as you're on edit/global mode, of course
