I don't think you overpaid at all. For two manuals and a stand, that's a
great price.

There's a stand I like for heavy duty stuff, looks like a table w/picnic
table type legs, folds under. It's only 12" deep, but it's really sturdy,
leaves lotsa room for pedals and each leg is adjustable for uneven floors.
Looks kinda like this when setup:
