Hi Josiah.

I was told that to plug in a tube preamp into the external effect
chain might not be a good idea. It could produce clipping and other
articfacts. I guess when those tubes are cranked up, they give of a
pretty hot signal. I'm definately looking at the platinum preamp,
but first I have to get the xk3 obviously... :-)
