I use a Roc & Sok (something like that) drum throne, pretty heavy, gets high
enough for me to be almost standing - easy to lean back on the seat from a
standing position. It has a very comfortable seat, not round, shaped like a
giant bicycle seat. Very comfortable, cost me about $120 or so.
