The Key-5 has an 11-pin output and lever type toggles in the lower cheek
block (sorry about the old picture on the web site). The 16' foldback is
selectable via the A/B drawbar select. The A set has the 16' go all the way
down while the B set has the standard foldback.

I am also surprised that the Key5, which I read somewhere is based on
the V5+ engine, does not have a Leslie sim, especially for $4K. I do not
know if the Key5 has expression pedal circuitry or foldback.
