It depends on who's doing the controlling:

- If you are plugging the pedal into another keyboard with an "expression" input, chances are that CC#11 -- the General MIDI value for Expression -- is what you want to use.

- If you are using the Voce MIDI Drawbar Module, expression is mapped as CC#8.

- Some keyboard use CC#4 (Foot Pedal).

- Some keyboards allow the pedal to be programmed to any CC#.
