Subject:Pianos in V-COMBO; how "tweakable"??

In other words, how much control do you have over the Velocity, EQ,
etc.?? can they actually be made to be "semi-playable"?
I have a Yamaha P=250 for gigs where piano stuff is important...but
I'm consdiering an "all-in-one" solution for other gigs/jam
sessions/etc.
I have a Korg CX-3 (version 2.0) now. While I have owned several
Hammond consoles over the years, I'm not totally after a 100%
authentic clone sound. But, the fact that you can layer piano/oran
and synth appeals to me.
What are your thoughts??
