Subject:Re: XK3 Endorsers
I'm not of much use...I posted the little bit of tweaking I did, but since I always use a leslie (or a Pro-145 in those cases I can't, which have been on less than 2 fingers since I bought it) I didn't really spend that much effort on it. Mitch is a better resource than I am in this dept (and most other tech questions as it turns out!). I'm looking forward to hearing what you think as well. I know you spent a lot of time on your CX3, and I respect your opinions. And hey....you got me excited about this thing to start with!
Peace out.

Considering you are the king of leslie simulation
tweaks, I am looking forward to hearing YOUR tweaks!

As far as what I have done, I think you will probably
want to reduce the key clicks (on and release). They
are a tad clicky, at least for me, with the internal
leslie. Also, be sure to fool around with the drawbar
volume parameter (you'll find it on the next page to
the right of the key click parameter).
If you have any questions, feel free to drop me an
e-mail and I will help with anything I can. It's
pretty easy to find your way around the editing. One
great bit of programming - most parameters can be
accesed by holding down the appropriate on board
button. For example, if you want to adjust the
percussion amount, you press the 3rd percussion button
and hold it down for a couple seconds. The perc.
parameter will display. Same with the chorus, pre-amp,
eq, perc. volume, etc.
Let me know if I can help.
Mitch
