Subject:Re: CX3 overdrive, leslie
If you can handle the weight and size, no question: GET THE LESLIE! (I use one all the time...sometimes it's a hassle, but I have never regretted the hassle while playing it ever.) If you can, find a shortboy, that'll help out enormously. I don't kick pedals, so the shorties are great. If you do kick pedals, you might want to go full size. (I have two Model 25/Orpheus leslies modified with 122 guts and they scream!)

leslie? do you have to do some kind of crazy routing thing?
I know about the speakeasy stuff, but need a cheaper way to get a
better sound then the internal overdrive.
ANother alternative is to just break down and get a leslie or motion
sound - i heard a bx3 through a real leslie and it was a different
world...what would you guys suggest? a real leslie, or a motion
sound?
