It is almost NEVER necessary to restore your computer just because
you received an email with a virus attached. You just have to follow
a simple procedure: NEVER open an email with an attachment that is
not from somebody that you expected, and with a pertinent subject.

This includes never having a "preview" window open in Outlook or
Outlook Express, because that is the same as opening it.

Again, if you did not ever open the email, or the attachment, you are
safe from 99 percent of all viruses. Just delete it without opening
it.
