That is sort of my point. It is a very subtle point, which I believe
the people who pay 15-20K for a "New B3" may not really be able to
understand or discern. The nice big console, they can understand.
They are now indeed using 10 contacts per key, which necessitates the
use of a large console, not a tiny electro-sized board, so if the
contact invariance is that important, couldnt it be simulated as I
postulated using 2 contacts and some logic for less $$?
The TW phase issue may be an issue as regards the resultant waveform
from additive synthesis of sinewaves out of phase. (if you are an
oscilloscope, that is)
