Well I hate to spoil the fest, but I'm sceptical . . . isn't what
we're talking about here just a "click" sound? How important really
is it to have exactly the right click, to your ability to play music?

Those contacts are made in a matter of milliseconds, so I really
doubt that any mortal human ear could tell the difference in the
order that they're made. Resurrecting the busbar system or trying
to model it seems like going to incredible expense to recreate
variation at the millisecond level that nobody can hear, and even if
they did, it's still just a "click."

I apologize in advance if my geek credentials need to be
renewed . . . . ;-)
