Hi Gang

Moe you are correct with having good Engineers. Good direction is a major
key, but only if the leader rides the project thru all phases. There is one
important thing that is missing here! The secret ingredient is having a
Engineer that can play. My technical skills are decent, but without my 45
years as a keyboard player I would be dead in the water. All of the tech's
here at Speakeasy are musicians. Maybe not keyboard players but they do play
music. I feel this is a must!!! Ok time to jump off the soap box.
